Terms of Use

1. The Service

LearnFlip is a learning platform that turns summaries and content into interactive learning — games, practice and challenges — across various verticals (elementary, matriculation, driving theory and more). The Operator may change, add or remove features and content from time to time.

2. Registration and accounts

• The Service includes different user types (parent, teacher, student).
• You must provide accurate details and keep your access credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Use by minors

The Service is intended, among others, for students. Registering and linking a student account is done under the responsibility of a parent or guardian, who provides consent and is responsible for the minor's use. Collected data is detailed in the Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions, prices and payments

• Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.
• Prices and plans are as shown on the pricing page.
• Payment and invoicing are handled by an approved payment provider. Card details are not stored by the Operator.
• A subscription is a continuous transaction and renews automatically for successive periods until cancelled.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Our cancellation policy is fair and designed to avoid friction. Your rights under Israel's Consumer Protection Law are fully preserved and are in addition to this policy:

• Cancellation takes effect immediately, and billing stops within up to 3 business days.
• We charge no cancellation fees.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Service you must not:

• Use it unlawfully or in breach of these terms
• Disrupt the Service or attempt to bypass security or payment mechanisms
• Upload infringing, offensive, misleading or illegal content
• Use the Service commercially without the Operator's permission

7. Content you upload

You are responsible for any content you upload (such as summaries) and represent that you hold the necessary rights to it. You grant the Operator a license to use the content in order to operate the Service for you. The Operator may remove content that breaches these terms or the law.

The content you upload is used solely to generate the learning materials and is not retained on our systems after processing.

8. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service — including design, code, name and content (except user-uploaded content) — belong to the Operator. No copying, reproduction or distribution without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and is a learning aid. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or grades. The Operator's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Use of the Service is subject to the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

The Operator may update these terms from time to time. An updated version will be published on this page with a new date.

12. Notice and takedown

If you hold rights in content uploaded to the Service and believe it infringes your rights, contact us at [email protected] detailing the content and the right affected. We will review and remove infringing content as quickly as possible. The Operator acts as an intermediary hosting user-generated content and removes infringing content upon notice.

13. Indemnification

The user shall indemnify the Operator against any damage, expense, loss or claim (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content the user uploaded, from use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law, or from the user's infringement of a third party's rights.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
